  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on prescription verification and pharmacy workload.

Shipping Method

  • All medications are shipped using reliable, trackable carriers.

  • Shipments may include temperature-controlled packaging when required.

  • Orders are shipped discreetly with no mention of medication contents on the exterior.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • 2–5 business days (standard shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered, we cannot issue replacements or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Verified issues may qualify for a replacement at no additional cost.

Temperature & Handling Notice

  • Retrieve your package promptly upon delivery

  • Follow all storage instructions included in your shipment
