The hold on your card

When you finish the application we place a hold for your first box on your card. A hold is not a charge. If we cannot prescribe for you, the hold is released. How quickly the money shows as available again depends on your bank.

Charges every 4 weeks

While your prescription is active, you are charged every 4 weeks, about 10 days before your next box is due, at the price for your dose. There is no long-term contract.

Skip, pause or cancel

• In your account, under Refills, you can skip a box, pause or cancel at any time; to skip the next box, do it before it is charged (your account shows the date). You can also call (845) 524-8052 or email orders@kosherskinnyshots.com.
• A box that has already been charged or sent to the pharmacy still ships.
• To restart after a pause, call us.

Returns

Prescription medicine prepared for you cannot be returned or resold once it has been dispensed, so we cannot take back a shipment. If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or not what was prescribed, or does not arrive, call (845) 524-8052 or email orders@kosherskinnyshots.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out with the pharmacy. Charges in error

If you were charged by mistake, call (845) 524-8052 or email orders@kosherskinnyshots.com and we will refund the charge.
