Terms of use

Draft for review. This text has not yet been approved for publication.

These terms apply to this website and to the telehealth service of Jeffrey Oppenheimer MD P.C., doing business as Kosher Skinny Shots(“we”). By using them you agree to these terms.

Not for emergencies, not medical advice

If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911. This website gives general information and is not medical advice. Medical decisions are made only through the application, under our physician's medical rules, by him and the staff who work under his direction.

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or older, be in one of the states we serve when you apply, and have your medicine shipped there. You agree to answer every question truthfully and completely; your safety depends on it.

Prescriptions

Applying does not mean you will be prescribed. A prescription is written only when it is right for you, and it may be changed, paused or stopped for medical reasons. Your medicine is compounded, prepared by a licensed pharmacy, and is not FDA-approved.

Payment

At the end of the application you see your price and we place a hold for your first box on your card. You are charged only if you are prescribed; otherwise the hold is released. After that you are charged every 4 weeks for the box about to ship, at the price for your dose, until you pause or cancel. See Cancellations and refunds.

Your account

Keep access to your email safe: we use it to sign you in. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Our website

The content of this website belongs to us. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If we change them, the new version will be on this page.
